Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Designer Tip: For time-sensitive gifts or special occasions, we recommend choosing our Standard Shipping option for faster delivery.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your handpicked home accessories as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our elegant return process makes it simple to exchange or return eligible items.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom/made-to-order products (including certain area rugs and wall decor), final sale items, opened packages of small table accents (candles, decorative stones), and items damaged due to improper care
Fragile Items Special Note
For mirrors and delicate table accents, we require the original packaging with additional padding. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging cannot be accepted.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges
