Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll be able to confirm whether we deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx with door-to-door tracking
Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 day delivery via EMS with basic tracking
How long will my order take to arrive?
After 1-2 business days for order processing, delivery times are:
– Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch
– Free Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch
Note: Delivery may take slightly longer during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Will I have to pay customs fees?

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging materials. Please visit our Returns Policy page for complete details on initiating a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. You would need to return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
